Qigong is a gentle yet powerful practice that blends flowing movement, breath awareness, and mindful intention. Qigong, an ancient healing art, helps balance your body’s energy, reduce stress, and restore inner harmony. In this moving meditation class, you’ll be guided through simple, graceful sequences that open the joints, calm the mind, and cultivate vitality from within. Then more physical moves that enhances your muscles and strengths them as you strengthen your mind.

All levels are welcome—no prior experience needed. Step into a space of ease and renewal as you reconnect with your own natural rhythm.

Hatha Yoga w/ Kirsten

The core of the class is a sequence of Hatha postures that focus on the Chakras, chosen for their focus on alignment and mindfulness. Poses are introduced, but the emphasis is that it’s not about "perfect" alignment. Instead, you're invited to find your personal alignment—what feels balanced and right for you—while staying mindful of how each pose affects your breath and body.

Throughout, the practice you are encouraged to modify poses or take breaks based on your intuition. Props, such as blocks or straps, are offered to support individual needs and allow for deeper exploration of the body’s natural rhythms. The instructor might ask guiding questions like, “How does this pose feel in your body today? or “Can you find a position where you feel both grounded and at ease?”

Mindfulness Meditation

Join us on Saturday mornings at 8:30 AM for a calming 30-minute mindfulness meditation practice, offered as a free or by-donation series. Over six weeks, we’ll explore mindfulness—the art of being present with awareness and compassion—through 20 minutes of guided meditation, with 5 minutes before and after for gentle preparation and final relaxation. Space is limited to 10 participants, creating an intimate setting to support your practice of stillness, clarity, and ease. We offer mats, bolsters, mediation cushions, blankets and chairs for your comfort.

Friday Night Women's Circle

Friday Night Women’s Circle Friday | 7:00–8:30 PM

As we meet ourselves unapologetically we’ll explore:

• Movement to ground and reconnect with the body

• What it means to cleanse your heart, body and mind?

• Honest conversation/affirmations that feel real that are not performative

Cleansing your heart might mean releasing resentment you’ve been carrying for too long.
Cleansing your mind might mean letting go of the stories that say you are not enough.
Cleansing your body might mean eating differently moving, breathing, or shaking loose the heaviness of the past season.

This night honors choosing to see ourselves clearly and kindly and it's always a come as you are invitation.

Tea is included & a small self-care gift will be offered.
