We will explore focused breathing, classic postures, guided visualization, hand seals and chanting for a deeply embodied experience. Whether you prefer the long surrendered holds of Yin or crave more of an active flow, Kemetic Yoga meets you where you want to be- guiding you to presence, clarity and connection with your truest self.
